- Registration
- Participants must register via Registration form.
- Deadline
- Regular registration will be closed at August 20.
- All participants registering after 8/21 will be charged the late registration fee of 50,000 plus 10,000 for lunch/coffee fee.
- Payment
- Participants must pay the registration fee and Lunch Coffee fee at the front desk of conference by cash on the first day of the participation. All charges are in Japanese Yen (JPY)
- The registration fee will vary depending on the eligibility of participants. Please refer to the Registration Fee page.
- Cancellation Policy
- We will charge the following cancellation fee.
- On or before August 20, 2022: Free charge.
- On or after August 21, 2022: 100% of the registration fee / No Refund. If registered participants will not attend the conference, organizers send invoice of the registration fee and Lunch/Coffee fee.
